Truffle Tomato Gnocchi (15 minutes)
Ingredients:
500 g fresh gnocchi (or pre-cooked)
200 ml truffle tomato sauce
1 tablespoon butter
A handful of fresh basil
Grated Parmesan cheese (to taste)
Instructions:
Cook the gnocchi in lightly salted boiling water until they float to the top (about 2–3 minutes).
In a pan, melt the butter and add the truffle tomato sauce. Heat gently for 1–2 minutes.
Drain the gnocchi and toss them in the warm sauce.
Serve topped with Parmesan and fresh basil.
Truffle Tomato Bruschetta (10 minutes)
Ingredients:
1 baguette or ciabatta loaf
3–4 tablespoons truffle tomato sauce
1 garlic clove
Olive oil
Mozzarella or burrata (optional)
Fresh basil
Instructions:
Slice the bread and toast the slices in a dry pan or oven until golden.
Rub the toasted slices with the garlic clove, then drizzle lightly with olive oil.
Spoon the truffle tomato sauce onto the bread. You can also add mozzarella or burrata.
Garnish with fresh basil and serve warm or at room temperature.
Truffle Tomato Chicken with Grilled Vegetables (30 minutes)
Ingredients:
2 boneless chicken breasts
Salt, pepper, olive oil
200 ml truffle tomato sauce
Zucchini, bell pepper, eggplant (your choice)
Fresh rosemary or thyme (optional)
Instructions:
Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then sear it in olive oil until golden (about 5 minutes per side).
Slice the vegetables and grill them in a grill pan or oven until tender.
Place the chicken in an oven-safe dish, pour the truffle tomato sauce over it, and bake at 180°C for 10–15 minutes.
Serve with the grilled vegetables and fresh herbs on top.
