Everyone in this small family business has their own role: I control the development of mycorrhizal relationships and carry out laboratory tests, but we all work together from producing and planting the mycorrhizal seedlings, maintaining the plantations, to collecting and selling the freshly harvested truffles.

Our passion for truffles, nature, forestry, and agriculture is undeniable. We love truffles for their divine taste and aroma. But what we love the most is spending precious time together in our woods, and watching our beloved hunter companions sniff out the little pieces of truffles.
