Chicken Breast with Truffle Mustard Cream Sauce
Ingredients (serves 2):
  • 2 chicken breast fillets

  • 2 tbsp truffle mustard

  • 200 ml cooking cream

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 clove garlic (crushed)

  • salt, freshly ground pepper

Instructions:
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

  2. In a pan, sear both sides in butter until golden brown (about 3–4 minutes per side).

  3. Add the garlic, stir, then pour in the cream.

  4. Stir in the truffle mustard and simmer over low heat for 5–6 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

  5. Serve with steamed rice or fresh baguette.

 

Truffle Mustard Egg Spread on Toast
Ingredients (serves 2):
  • 4 boiled eggs

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp truffle mustard

  • salt, pepper

  • fresh chives for garnish

  • toasted bread

Instructions:
  1. Mash the boiled eggs with a fork.

  2. Mix in the mayonnaise and truffle mustard.

  3. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Spread on toast and sprinkle with chopped chives.

  5. For extra flavor, rub the toast lightly with garlic before spreading.

 

Grilled Vegetables with Truffle Mustard Marinade
Ingredients (serves 2):
  • 1 small zucchini

  • 1 red bell pepper

  • 1 small eggplant

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1.5 tbsp truffle mustard

  • salt, pepper

  • fresh parsley

Instructions:
  1. Slice the vegetables into rounds or strips.

  2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil and truffle mustard, season with salt and pepper.

  3. Toss the vegetables in the mixture, then grill or pan-fry until golden.

  4. Sprinkle with parsley and serve as a main or a side dish.

Ingredients (serves 4–6):
  • 200 g cooked ham (or good-quality turkey ham)

  • 100 g cream cheese

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 small pickled cucumber (finely chopped)

  • salt, freshly ground pepper

  • fresh parsley or chives for garnish

Instructions:
  1. Finely chop the ham (by hand or with a food processor).

  2. Mix in the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and truffle mustard.

  3. Add the chopped pickled cucumber.

  4. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. Spread on baguette slices, toast, or crackers and garnish with herbs.

Tip: Keep it a bit chunky for a more rustic texture.

 

Truffle Mustard & Ham Cream-Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes
Ingredients (about 20 pieces):
  • 20 large cherry tomatoes

  • 200 g cooked ham

  • 100 g cream cheese

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1.5 tbsp truffle mustard

  • 1 small pickled cucumber (finely chopped)

  • salt, pepper

  • fresh chives or parsley for garnish

Instructions:
  1. Prepare the tomatoes

    • Slice a thin “lid” off the top (about 5 mm) and scoop out the insides with a small spoon.

    • Place them upside down on paper towels to drain excess liquid.

  2. Make the filling

    • Chop the ham finely.

    • Mix with cream cheese, mayonnaise, truffle mustard, and chopped cucumber.

    • Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Fill and garnish

    • Spoon or pipe the filling into the tomatoes.

    • Garnish with chopped herbs.

Serving tip: Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving so the flavors can blend and the truffle aroma develops fully.
